Admission Process & Counseling Guidelines

Step-by-step counseling roadmap to secure your B.Tech, Polytechnic, MBA, or MCA seats at JCT.

Official Counseling & Allotment Roadmap

Securing admission to a technical institution requires aligning entrance exam scorecards, board marks, and reservation quotas. To make this process seamless, the **JCT Admission Office Palakkad** operated by **My Bright Educations** provides an integrated registration desk.

IMPORTANT DIRECTIVE: Always secure your registration receipts through our authorized phones +91 83000 70708 / +91 83000 70707 to guarantee your seat is booked directly in the college management portal.

Step 1: Application Submission

Prospective candidates must submit their academic transcripts (SSLC for Polytechnic, Higher Secondary for B.Tech, and Graduation for MBA/MCA) along with the KEAM or equivalent entrance scorecards. Submissions can be processed physically at our Palakkad office or digitally through our portal.

Step 2: Profile Audit & Eligibility Check

Our expert counselors evaluate your grades against the JCT eligibility standards. We ensure students satisfy the AICTE guidelines (minimum 45% for general category in +2 for B.Tech, and basic pass marks for diploma candidates).

Step 3: Scholarship Matching

JCT provides excellent financial concessions based on academic performance. During this stage, we verify your eligibility for tuition fee waivers and map out the scholarship concessions.

Step 4: Central Registration & Allotment

Once you confirm your branch selection, we submit your details directly to the college registrar, booking your seat and generating your student admission letter. You will receive an official SMS and email notification.

Step 5: Document Verification & Fee Payment

After obtaining the allotment receipt, students visit the campus with their original certificates to complete physical verification and make the term fee payments (by demand draft or online bank transfers).
